PayPal is the only accepted form of payment. You do not need to have your own account to purchase any of the items, just a credit/debit card. All amounts shown are in £ Sterling, delivery from Yorkshire, UK. I'm afraid that I cannot accept E-cheques.

POSTING & PACKING: The cost of P&P is included in the price of the Bag, so there is nothing extra to pay - the price stated is the final price.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY: All packages will be sent via 1st class recorded delivery in the UK, Airmail for other areas. Proof of postage is always obtained. Royal Mail automatically insure all sent items up to a value of £25, £30 for Recorded Delivery and Air Mail. All items are usually sent the next working day - I post deliveries 3 times a week, alternate days. If there is a delay, I will contact you via email to let you know. Mainland deliveries can take 2-3 working days, Airmail deliveries take an estimated 7-14 days depending on location.

PRIVACY POLICY: By choosing to accept PayPal within this site as a secure method of payment, I also adhere to PayPal's Privacy Policy as a seller, I do not receive any details regards credit or debit cards; all money transactions are dealt with by PayPal. The only personal information I receive is your email address for communication and shipping address for sending items. I can assure you that this information will not be shared with any other party or persons.

RETURNS POLICY: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your Bag, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange a return. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, please obtain proof of postage - this is particulary important for proving that you have sent me the item and for claims, if needs be. Refunds will be given minus £5.00 to cover postage and packaging.

RETURNS DISCLAIMER: The Bag must be returned in the same condition when sold. Please be aware that a refund will not be given if the item is damaged in any way, or if the 'Care' instructions have not been followed. An instruction leaflet on how to care for your wool item will be included with your purchase - if these instructions are not followed, I will not be held responsible for the condition of your item. Please look after your Bag with care and enjoy using it.

PRICING POLICY: Bag prices are based on cost of materials and then my time, please remember you are purchasing a bag that is unique and is worth paying fairly for, and remember that the price includes the P&P.

COLOUR REPRODUCTION: Every effort is taken when photographing the Bags to ensure accurate colour in the reproduction, however monitor settings vary from one computer to another, so please understand that the colours may appear slightly different to the ones shown.
